The first time I played this map, I kept thinking to myself, wow how great the terraining and the missions are. I thought Swat was well made, but after playing this, it blew Swat out the water in certain areas IMO. The map has a Post-Apocalyptic outback town on the verge of extinction trying to survive against the zerg , erhrm zombie onslought feel to it. It looks great!

You start the game off in the middle of the map via a helicopter dropship(Great entrance!) From there you select one of the few classes that are available to you, if you're new, or perhaps several more if you have saved ranks. Only 3 classes are available for the uninitiated; the medic, the riflemen, and the grenadier. Each class has their own special abilities, advantages, and disadvantages. The game starts off right away with swarms of zombies coming at your wave after wave. There is good variety to the zombies, from boring slow moving zombies, to leaping purple exploding coming back alive 5 times after it died zombies, to giant lobsters, spiders, and all sort of scary monstrosities.

The missions are one of the main highlights of this map. There are tons of them and you can only do a random portion of the total each game. Each game spawns different random missions, so there is a lot of replay value and variety to each game. The missions objectives are also a great treat. There are escorting missions, covert stealing item missions, survival missions etc etc...
The zombies are very strong and can kill you witha few good swipes. You really can't run around ramboing and tanking damage like its nothing, you would die pretty fast. Sticking with your squad and taking up defensive positions is the way to go.

This amount of detail that went into this map can't be praised enough. Its very realistic like, although its not America's Army or anything, it is still a very squad tactical game. Realism features included are ammo reloading, limited ammos, gun jamming, sprinting and running out of stamina when you sprint too much. It is very easy to access these abilities. Simply press Z to bring up the ability menus, and ESC to get out of it. Lets say I'm fighting a mob of zombies in a prone position. They are advancing at me quickly and I will die if i stay prone. I would press Z, and then press E, to get up, and then press T to sprint away. After a quick jog, I decided shoot some of them down. I'm still in the ability menu so I hit ESC to go back to my regular ability menu, then I press S to stop. My unit stops and automatically acquire a zombie to start blasting at.

This map also employs a code save/load system, however its no where near as long as SWAT codes. One of my code is 62bWrgy, its case sensitive. Completing missions and killing zombies gains your experience, which gains you rank, which lets you unlock different characters. There are also several modes including deathmatch mode and others. Although the map is very well done, I do have some gripes about it though; for instance there are glitches that messes up the mission, sometimes it fails to spawn at all.

And thats jist of it, nothing more to say but to tell you to hurry and go download it! If anyone need me I will be on Lordaeron/USWEST getting owned by zombies.
